What is your jewelry made of?

All Lucky Cookie pieces are crafted from 18k gold plated stainless steel. This material is hypoallergenic, waterproof, and resistant to tarnish—designed to be worn every day without losing its shine.

Will the jewelry tarnish or turn green?

No. Our jewelry is made with a high-quality stainless steel base and thick gold plating, which resists tarnish and discoloration. It’s safe for daily wear and won’t turn your skin green.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Yes. Our pieces are waterproof, sweat-proof, and made to move with you. While you can shower or wash your hands with them on, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and perfumes to preserve their finish over time.

Can I wear your jewelry if I have sensitive skin?

Yes. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, making it safe for most people with sensitive skin.

Do you offer returns?

We accept returns on unworn, non-custom jewelry within 7 days of delivery. Earrings, sale items, and custom pieces are final sale. Please visit our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only—but we’re working on expanding in the future.
